What you may do with the files
You may use the files for your own work. You may not resell, share, upload or redistribute them.
Prices and payment
Prices are in USD, as shown next to each buy button. Payment is processed by Stripe Checkout. The contract is formed when you complete payment on the Stripe checkout page.
How an order is made
1. Choose a product and press its buy button. 2. On the Stripe Checkout page, enter your email address and payment details and review your order. You can correct your entries there, or leave the page, until you pay. 3. Accept these terms and pay. 4. After payment, we send your download link by email. If no email arrives, contact hello@dogwalkingtemplates.com. Please save or print these terms and your confirmation. We keep the order record described in the privacy policy. The contract language is English.
Delivery
Delivery is by email only after payment, through Resend. Each download link is valid for 30 days and allows up to 10 downloads. If no email arrives or you need help with a link, contact hello@dogwalkingtemplates.com.
Right of withdrawal for digital content
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from this contract without giving a reason during a withdrawal period of 14 days. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded.
If you are a consumer, this contract concerns digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. Under § 356(5) BGB, your right of withdrawal lapses when delivery begins only after you expressly consent to our beginning delivery immediately, before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, and acknowledge that lapse. When you accept these terms at Stripe Checkout, you agree to them and to our beginning delivery immediately, and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal lapses once delivery begins. We rely on that lapse only after you have accepted these terms at checkout.
Until delivery begins, you may withdraw by a clear statement, for example an email to hello@dogwalkingtemplates.com or a letter to march second GmbH, Hornau 9, 87600 Kaufbeuren, Germany. If you withdraw before delivery begins, we refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your statement, using the same means of payment you used, at no cost to you. Other statutory rights are not limited.

Refunds
Outside statutory rights that cannot be excluded by law, all sales of digital products are final. We do not offer voluntary refunds.
If a file is missing, cannot be opened or is not as described, email hello@dogwalkingtemplates.com. Your statutory rights for defective digital products are not affected.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the product liability law that applies to these sales. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, and only up to the damage that is typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract.
Law
German law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live still apply.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
