Outside statutory rights that cannot be excluded by law, all sales of digital products are final. We do not offer voluntary refunds.
If a file is missing, cannot be opened or is not as described, email hello@dogwalkingtemplates.com. Your statutory rights for defective digital products are not affected.
The terms of sale describe when the digital-content withdrawal right lapses and the statutory refund available if you withdraw before delivery begins.
Each download link is valid for 30 days and allows up to 10 downloads.
